Miana’s Loaded Breakfast CroissantMake it at home with our butter croissants

You’ll need:

  • 1 butter croissant from Miana Croissanterie

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp milk or cream

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp butter

  • A Slice of Cheese

  • A Roll of cold cut ham ( non veg )

  • A handful of fresh lettuce (butterhead or romaine)

  • 2–3 slices of tomato

  • Optional: a smear of mustard, cream cheese, or mayonnaise

To make:

  1. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

  2. In a non-stick pan, melt butter over low heat. Gently cook the eggs, stirring slowly until just set and creamy.

  3. Slice your Miana butter croissant horizontally.

  4. Optional: spread mustard or cream cheese on the base.

  5. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, and scrambled eggs.

  6. Close the croissant, press gently, and dig in—or wrap it up and take it with you.
